Porsche's third-generation Boxster features crisper lines, a stretched silhouette, and a lower drag coefficient of 0.30 for enhanced performance and efficiency.

Standard Bi-Xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights improve safety and give the Boxster a distinctive and modern appearance. Optional Bi-xenon HID headlamps with four-point signature DRLs add a distinctive flavor.

With a 2.36-inch longer wheelbase and 1.57-inch wider front track, the 981 Boxster offers even sharper handling and a more planted feel.

The Boxster's power-operated soft top can be raised or lowered quickly and conveniently at speeds up to 31 mph.

Producing 265 horsepower and 206 lb-ft of torque, the Boxster's new engine propels it to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds with the PDK and Sports Chrono Package while returning up to 32 mpg on the highway.

Enthusiasts can opt for the crisp-shifting manual, while the lightning-fast PDK offers seamless gear changes and improved fuel economy.

With its engine-mounted amidships and most of its mass concentrated within the wheelbase, the Boxster changes direction with precision and stability.

Available as an option, the PASM adaptive dampers allow drivers to switch between "Normal" or "Sport" modes to choose between a compliant ride for daily driving and a firmer setup for spirited cornering at the touch of a button.

Optional PTV applies precise braking force to the inside rear wheel during cornering to improve turn-in response and reduce understeer at higher speeds.

12.4-inch front and 11.8-inch rear ventilated rotors, and four-piston calipers provide confident stopping power, even in demanding conditions. Optional Ceramic Composite brakes offer more aggressive stopping power.

Derived from the 911 Carrera and debuting for the Boxster for the 981 generation, this new steering system provides excellent road feel and responsiveness while contributing to improved fuel efficiency.

Standard two-way power sports seats with leather upholstery offer sufficient comfort for daily use, but buyers can outfit them with heated-ventilated seats. Enthusiasts can upgrade to 14-way adaptive power sports seats or sport bucket seats.

This optional package enhances performance with a sports exhaust system, more aggressive throttle mapping, launch control, and dynamic engine mounts for maximum acceleration. A dash-mounted stopwatch adds a unique flavor and helps with tracking lap times.

Taking cues from the 911, the Boxster's new interior features a rising center console, a redesigned digital cluster with a 4.6-inch display, and optimized ergonomics for a more engaging driving experience.

The optional Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system includes a 7-inch touchscreen, navigation, and a premium Bose audio system for an enhanced multimedia experience.
