Meet the Jeeperghini, an ingenious creation that blurs the lines between exotic and rugged
by Amrit Balraj on June 3, 2024, 06:00YouTube is a place where extreme automobiles live and Cboys TV often features some of the best ones. This time around they get their grubby paws on a lime-green Diablo mounted on the chassis of a Jeep Liberty. This abomination of engineering initially belonged to another YouTuber TheStradman, who owns a lot of exotic cars and has a soft corner for Lamborghinis. In the past, the team of Cboys TV have already bought a fake Lamborghini Diablo, which they feature in this video as well. The sight of a lifted Diablo on an off-road chassis is surreal as the boys take it for a spin, along with TheStradman’s carbon-fiber Lamborghini Aventador. Unsurprisingly it’s the "Jeeperghini" that gets more attention than the Aventador
The boys initially take the Diablo for a little spin around the block and discover that it runs well despite it having some niggles. The driver-side door would not stay shut initially making it a little scary to drive. Eventually, the gang takes it to one of their mechanic friends to get some off-road mods installed to make it safer to take it off the beaten path. They install beadlock wheels wrapped in chunky 33-inch offroad tires, bucket seats, and a roll cage to ensure that even if they roll it while ripping it off-road, nobody gets hurt. One of the first tests they devise involves loading their other fake Diablo onto a trailer and seeing if they could haul it using the "Jeeperghini", because why not? The car performs admirably and manages to haul the heavy trailer and whole other car quite comfortably for as long as they wanted.
The gang wanted to test their new monster supercar under more extreme conditions and loaded it up onto a trailer truck to take to the desert. The desert can be a harsh and cruel place, but it’s a perfect place to test the mettle of your automobile. The gang had a wicked time on the dunes even though the suspension was a little stiff. They push the fake Lambo on the dunes, do some rock crawling, and all manner of climbing places no Diablo has gone before. The stubborn green monster performed admirably well and bested everything the team threw at it, winning our hearts in the process.
