Controls

Objective

This game is a drift simulation game. There are two environments for you to drift in DAY & NIGHT SEAPORT. The objective of the game is to drift as much as you can to beat the target drift scores of the session. Each session is about 2 minutes and 30 seconds long and you get paid rewards according to how many drift points you make. There is also a multiplayer mode that works the same way as single-player, as there is no comparison of scores at the end of the time.

NOTE: The game applies a drift multiplier every time you make a long drift in the game. We recommend trying to sustain the drift to get the highest score and rewards in the game.

Starting The Game!

• Click on the ’PLAY’ button in orange color, located at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the screen. (marked by red arrow)

Car Selection

• You can browse through all the cars with the help of arrows located at the left and right of the screen. (marked by blue arrows)

• You can also buy the car with the ’BUY’ button in black at the BOTTOM CENTER of the car. (marked by red arrow)

• You can also select the car by clicking on the ’GO’ button in green located at the BOTTOM CENTER of the car to confirm the selection. (marked by red arrow)

Mode Selection

• You can either click on SINGLEPLAYER or MULTIPLAYER based on how you want to play the game. The next level selection window will be the same for both modes.

• Click on either of the mode buttons to proceed. (marked by red arrows)

Level/Stage Selection

• This menu appears after you click on either the SINGLEPLAYER or MULTIPLAYER mode button.

• You can select whether you want to drift in the DAYLIGHT SEAPORT or NIGHTTIME SEAPORT. Click on either of the level buttons. (marked by red arrows)

How to customize your car in Burnout Drift 3?

Burnout Drift 3 offers 2 ways to customize your car with cool colors, and stunning rims. Although the customizations are paid unlike we see in Drift Hunters 2. The game offers decent rewards that you can use to buy your favorite color and rims fairly quickly. Here’s how you access the customization options in the game:

• The customization options are available at the CAR SELECTION screen at the TOP of the screen. (marked by red arrow)

• There are 3 buttons for you to click on PAINT, and RIMS in the customization options.

Car Paint Selection

• Click on the paint icon from the Customization UI Panel to access car paints. (marked by red arrow)

• You can click on any of the colors represented on a sphere to apply to your car. Keep in mind, if the colors are locked and have a price on them, you will be charged for the same. (marked by the blue arrows)

Wheel Rims Selection

• Click the Wheel Rims button in the Customization UI panel to access Wheel Rims. (marked by red arrow)

• You can click on any of the wheel’s rims represented with a picture of the rim to apply to your car. Keep in mind, all the wheel rims have a price on them, you will be charged for the same. (marked by the blue arrows)

What are the tuning options available in the game?

The game offers a few options that slightly change the drifting behavior of your car. Here’s how you access the tuning window in the game:

• Click on the SETTINGS icon in the customization panel in the CAR SELECTION screen to access the tuning options menu. (marked by red arrow)

• You can slide the blue slider of each tune option to increase or decrease the effectiveness of the tuning option on your car.

• Click on the ’SAVE’ button in orange to save your settings. (marked by red arrow)

• Click on the ’RESET’ button in red to reset your tuning settings. (marked by blue arrow)

Here’s what these options do:

• Front Camber: This setting will make the car tire in the front stick out with negative camber and turn inwards with positive camber.

• Rear Camber: This setting will make the car tire at the back stick out with negative camber and turn inwards with positive camber.

• Front Suspensions: This setting will make the front tires have better stability with the positive addition with the ground and uncertain behavior of the wheels with negative addition.

• Rear Suspensions: This setting will make the back tires have better stability with the positive addition with the ground and uncertain behavior of the wheels with negative addition.

NOTE: The below tunings will result in unrealistic car behavior, we recommend keeping these settings on default.

• Front Suspensions Spring Force: This setting will make the car body wobble more at the front tires as you make a turn. More wobble with positive addition and less wobble with negative addition. We recommend keeping this on default setting.

• Rear Suspensions Spring Force: This setting will make the car body wobble more at the back tires as you make a turn. More wobble with positive addition and less wobble with negative addition. We recommend keeping this on default setting.

• Front Suspensions Spring Damp: This setting will make the car body stoop low at the front wheel as you drive it. The weight transfer as you make the turn will be clearly visible. We recommend keeping this on default setting.

• Rear Suspensions Spring Damp: This setting will make the car body stoop low at the back wheels as you drive it. The weight transfer as you make the turn will be clearly visible. We recommend keeping this on default setting.
