The RS Spyder Has A Ridiculously Complicated Manual Top Installation, Which Starts With The Key Fob

This Pops Open The Rear Clamshell Lid

After Manually Lifting It Up, You Have Access To Your Soft Top, Which Consists Of 2 Parts

The First Part Has The Appearance Of A Rolled Up Tent

It Has To Be Lined Up With The Winshield With It's Latch Open

Once Lined Up You Can Engage The Latch To Secure It

The Next Step Is Unrolling It To Reach The Rear

The Metal Tubing Has Inserts In The Rear

You Also Have Two Wires On Either Side Which Have To Be Attached To Fastening Points

The Tension On These Wires Can Be Tautened With A Lever

You Can Leave This First Part Of The Top As Is, Or Go For Additional Protection With The Second Part Of The Top

This Is Also Quite A Time Consuming And Not-So-Straightforward Step

Finally After The Second Part Is Secured, You Can Close The Rear Lid And Attach The Last Trailing Bits To To Latches Present
