How to play and get started with Cycle Extreme?

Controls

• Up Arrow: Ride forward

• Down Arrow: Brake

• Right Arrow: Lean Right

• Left Arrow: Lean Left

Objective

Cycle Extreme features 20 levels of time trial racing where your objective is to reach the finish line as soon as you can. There are stars that you can collect in this game if you beat a certain time limit.

For example: You get 3 stars for beating a time limit of 25 seconds, 2 stars for 30 seconds, and 1 star for 35 seconds. Each level presents a new obstacle for you to beat and keeps the gameplay fresh across all 25 levels.

Getting Started

• Click on the green PLAY button located at the BOTTOM LEFT of the screen to start the game. (marked by red arrow)

Level Selection

• Your current level is marked in green color, click on it to start the level. (marked by red arrow) You can also click on the green play button at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the screen to start your current level. (marked by blue arrow)

• All the locked levels will have a grey circle around the level number. (marked by green arrow)

• If you completed a level, you can always go back and complete it again by clicking on the level button.

All the fun in Cycle Extreme lies in collecting 3 stars in all the levels. However, it is a really tedious process as the game always has a new obstacle for you to beat in each level. Here are 3 essential tips that you can use to get those stars:

1) Don’t make flips

Yes, we know making flips is cool and adds excitement, however, you can easily lose control of your bike when making a flip. Infact, the game doesn’t reward you for making flips, or reduce your total time like Moto X3M does, so if your aim is to get 3 stars then don’t make flips.

2) Always keep your wheels facing the ground

Cycle Extreme has obstacles that always make one of your BMX wheel lean too hard. Always try to keep your both of your BMX wheels facing the ground, whether you’re on a jump ramp or in a tunnel. This trick will take time to master because you will be using the Up Arrow and Left Arrow simultaneously but it will help you cover alot of distance really fast.

3) Look out for the CAUTION sign

Players usually ride into a completely new obstacle after missing the CAUTION sign as it is very subtle and can be easily missed. Always watch out for the CAUTION sign. (images shown below)

• If you see 3 or 4 CAUTION SIGN then there is a huge dip coming your way and you need to slow down your BMX. (marked by blue arrow)
