Objective
City Ambulance Car Driving is an ambulance simulator, there are 3 missions that you can complete which involve driving to the mission place and driving the patient back to the hospital, other than that there are speed traps placed across the map that you can beat by driving through it at a higher speed than the speed trap limit.
Starting the game!
When you start the game for the first time, you get a pop-up to enter your name to continue.

Type your name in the Textfield at the center of the screen. (marked by red arrow)

Then hit Login. (marked by the blue arrow)
Starting the session

Click on the ’PLAY NOW button at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the screen to start the session. (marked by red arrow)
Ambulance Customization

Click on the ’GARAGE’ button to access the Ambulance customization options. (marked by red arrow)

Click on any of the customization options to paint it located at the BOTTOM CENTER of the screen. (marked by red arrow)

(SAME FOR ALL OPTIONS) Click on any of the colors to apply them to your customization option. (marked by the blue arrow)

Then, click on the BUY button to buy the color of your choice. (marked by red arrow)

When you’re in a session, you’ll have to roam around the map to- find the missions. Usually, they appear with a bunch of people on the side of the road with the patient. (marked by red arrow)

Drive into the Square(going up) to start the mission.
That’s all there is to it! You’re all set to drive your ambulance across the huge city map and save those patients.
