Oilstainlab HF-11: Mid-Engine Exotic Incoming

Limited to just 25 examples, this ultra-lightweight mid-engine Hotrod is a '60s throwback to Porsche Motorsport royalty and there's even an EV version

From a private event in California, Jonny Lieberman of MotorTrend.com shared some interesting teaser images on Instagram

California-based Oil Stain Lab is developing a limited-edition hypercar called the HF-11

The HF-11 is inspired by the Half 11, a previous project by Oil Stain Lab that combined a 1967 911 with a Le Mans-style racer

Here are some more renders, featuring a contrasting red and white color-scheme

The HF-11 is powered by a flat-six engine that revs up to 12,500 rpm, delivering exhilarating power and a unique sound

The engine is paired with a six-speed manual transmission, providing a direct and engaging driving experience

The cabin of the HF11 is minimalistic and stripped-down, featuring exposed carbon fiber, traditional instruments, and carbon tub seats

The HF-11 features a carbon-fiber tub, keeping its weight under 2,000 pounds, making it significantly lighter than many other hypercars

The hypercar generates 1,800 pounds of downforce, comparable to a 917k, ensuring exceptional stability and cornering performance

Oil Stain Lab is also developing an electric version of the HF11, claiming it's lighter than the gas-powered model

The electric HF11 will also have a six-speed manual transmission, a unique choice
